Swarajability an AI-based job portal for persons with disabilities a first of its kind:

IIT-Hyderabad recently launched the beta version of ‘Swarajability’, an artificial intelligence-powered job portal, that aim at helping people with disabilities acquire relevant skills and find jobs. Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd, Youth4Jobs, and Visual Quest are co-contributor to the development of the Swarajability Portal.  Where  Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd funded the project, Youth4Jobs will help with the skilling and Visual Quest developed the portal.

The unique feature of the portal is that it will analyse the profiles of the job seekers then suggest the skills they would require to become eligible for a particular job. The platform would help this vulnerable section of the population to acquire the requisite industry level skill and help in better inclusion of persons with disabilities.
