EX DHARMA GUARDIAN- A joint military exercise between India and Japan:
A joint military exercise between India and Japan “EX DHARMA GUARDIAN” will be conducted from 27 February to 10 March 2022 at Belagavi (Belgaum), Karnataka. The 2022 edition will be the 3rd edition of this exercise. The 15th Battalion the Maratha Light Infantry Regiment (Indian Army) and the 30th Infantry Regiment of Japanese Ground Self Defence Forces are participating in this 12 days long joint exercise.
About EX DHARMA GUARDIAN Exercise:
Starting in 2018 it's an annual military exercise between India- Japan. This military exercise will mainly focus on Jungla and Semi-Urban or Urban terrains operations. These exercises will enhance interoperability and foster mutual understanding.
