Syed Modi International Tournament, PV Sindhu bagged the Women's Singles Title: 

Veteran Badminton player PV Sindhu wins another title as she defeats  Malvika Bansod to win her second Syed Modi International Tournament.

PV Sindhu wins the final by sheer dominance as the score tally reads 21-13, 21-16. By this win, she ends her drought run on world Tour title events.

Starting in 1991 in memory of Syed Modi, the tournament turned into a BWF Grand Prix event in 2009. The 2022 edition of the Syed Modi International badminton tournament was held at Babu Banarasi Das Indoor Stadium in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh from 18 to 23 January 2022.
