Social Media influencer Prajakta Koli become India’s first UNDP Youth Climate Champion-

Mumbai based Social Media Influencer Prajakta Koli who is mostly famous for her youtube channel named Mostlysane, achieved the feat of becoming India’s first UNDP Youth Climate Champion.

She has been conferred with the title for her contribution towards mental health, women’s rights and girl child education through various social campaigns. Among her many campaigns, some are #iPledgeToBeMe which addresses mental health and body shaming, she participated in the #GirlsCount campaign which dealt with the importance of girls' education points. It's important to note that, She is also the global ambassador for YouTube’s Creators For Change Campaign.

As she is chosen as Youth Climate Champion, now Prajakta will be entrusted with interacting with young minds for raising awareness on issues like climate crisis, global warming, biodiversity loss and how tremors of these issues are felt by all sections of society, including poor and marginalized communities.
