 Dileep Sanghani becomes the new Chairman of IFFCO:

The Board of the Indian Farmers Fertiliser Cooperative (IFFCO) with one accord elected Dileep Sanghani as the Chairman of the Cooperative. He succeeds Balvinder Singh Nakai. With this, he becomes the 17th man to chair the Co-Operative.

Dileep Sanghani is a senior co-operator and the chairman-Person of the Gujarat State Cooperative Marketing Federation Ltd. (GUJCOMASOL), since 2017. He held various portfolios in the Gujarat government, including, cooperation, agriculture, animal husbandry, fisheries, cow-breeding, prison, excise, law and justice, legislative and parliamentary affairs.

Indian Farmers Fertiliser Cooperative Limited or IFFCO is a multi-state Co-Operative deal with the manufacturing and marketing of Fertilizers. IFFCO contribute about 20% of urea and 29% of complex fertilizer production in the market, which makes it the largest fertilizer producer in the country.
