Earth Station of Doordarshan Kendra Has Been Inaugurated in UP's Gorakhpur || Some Information about the Earth Station and Uttar Pradesh || 2021 ||

EARTH STATION OF DOORDARSHAN KENDRA HAS BEEN INAUGURATED IN UP'S GORAKHPUR :

      The Earth Station of Doordarshan Kendra has been inaugurated in Uttar Pradesh's Gorakhpur. The station has been inaugurated by Union Minister of Information and Broadcasting Anurag Singh Thakur and Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Yogi Adityanath. With this, it is going to be the second earth station of Doordarshan in Uttar Pradesh, 7 crore has been used to build it.

      This Earth Station has been inaugurated to broadcast locally produced programmes worldwide via DTH. Bhojpuri artists have been demanding Earth Station for so long, finally the Earth Station of Doordarshan Kendra has been set up in Gorakhpur. The station will be a boon to Bhojpuri artists. All India Radio's three FM stations have been launched, which will extend the service of All India Radio everywhere, especially along the Indo-Nepal border.
