MADHYA PRADESH STATE CABINET HAS GIVEN APPROVAL OF MUKHYA MANTRI UDYAM KRANTI YOJANA :
The Madhya Pradesh State Cabinet has recently approved the launch of Mukhya Mantri Udyam Kranti Yojana. It has been decided to launch this scheme under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan to connect educated youths of the state with self-employment. Beneficiaries of this scheme should be between 18 to 40 years of age and their minimum qualification should be 12 class pass.
Under Mukhya Mantri Udyam Kranti Yojana, youths will be able to take low interest loans through banks for setting up industries, services or businesses without having to pay any collateral. Under the scheme, loans amounting to Rs 1 lakh to Rs 50 lakh will be provided to youths working in manufacturing units in the state and Rs 1 lakh to Rs 25 lakh will be provided to youths working in service units or retail businesses. Beneficiaries will be given interest subsidy at the rate of 3% per annum and loan guarantee fee on the loan provided by the State Government. This facility will exist for a maximum of 7 years. Eligible candidates will be able to register for the scheme through the online portal.
