MADHYA PRADESH HAS LAUNCHED MUKHYAMANTRI AWASIYA BHU-ADHIKAR YOJNA :

The Madhya Pradesh government has decided to start Mukhyamantri Awasiya Bhu-adhikar Yojna. The purpose of this project is to provide free land to the families who do not have their own land. The project will also pave the way for construction of houses in front of the beneficiary families under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna.

Every family has the right to a normal life with some basic necessities. If a family wants to take a loan from a bank, it is mandatory for them to have their own residential plot. This is why under Mukhyamantri Awasiya Bhu-adhikar Yojna, the Government of Madhya Pradesh has decided to issue guidelines for allotment of residential plots in rural areas. The Work to provide residential plots to eligible families in each gram panchayat has been started. Under this scheme, District Collectors have been empowered to monitor the availability of cultivable land. It is mandatory for the families covered under this scheme to have a couple and their unmarried children. In addition, families are required to be residents of a particular village. Eligible families will be able to apply for residential plots through SAARA portal. Village-wise lists of eligible families will be published so that villagers can raise objections or suggestions. According to a statement, its duration will not exceed 10 days. Eligible candidates will be given land ownership rights on the basis of their availability, land ownership will be issued in the name of both husband and wife.
