Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Limited Has Partnered with Truecaller || Some Information about The Partnership || 2021 ||

INDIAN RAILWAY CATERING AND TOURISM CORPORATION LIMITED HAS PARTNERED WITH TRUECALLER :

      Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Limited (IRCTC) has recently formed a partnership with Truecaller India. IRCTC has formed this partnership to give passengers more confidence in communication.

      Truecaller is a smartphone application. This application has some unique features such as caller identification, call blocking, flash messaging, call recording, internet chat and voice. IRCTC has partnered with Truecaller India to reduce the rate of fraud in railways. Truecaller Business Identity solutions have recently verified the integrated National Railways Helpline 139 under this partnership. From now on, if passengers call 139, they will see a green tick next to it. One of the purposes of the partnership is to assure passengers that all important communications such as bookings related informations and PNR status, are delivered only by IRCTC. Truecaller has recently launched a Guardian application in India. This application is a personal security application where users can add their family, friends and even authorities.
