INDIA GOT 7 MEDALS AT THE 2021 ASIAN ARCHERY CHAMPIONSHIPS :
India won 7 medals in 2021 Asian Archery Championships. India is currently ranked second in the medal tally for 7 medals including 1 gold, 4 silver and 2 bronze medals. South Korea is ranked top of the list with 15 medals. The 15 medals included 9 gold, 3 silver and 3 bronze medals.
The 2021 Asian Archery Championships is the 22nd edition of the Asian Archery Championships. This time the tournament was held at Bangladesh Army Stadium in Dhaka, Bangladesh, from 14 November 2021 to 19 November. The 1980 tournament in India is the first edition of the Asian Archery Championships. In 2001, both recurve and compound disciplines were included. In the 2021 tournament, India's men's recurve team lost to South Korea's recurve team by 6-2 in the final and India's women's recurve team also lost to South Korea's recurve team by 6-0 in the final. India defeated Uzbekistan to win bronze in mixed recurve event.

• Rishabh Yadav and Jyothi Surekha Vennam won silver medal in mixed team compound event.
• Ankita Bhakat, Kapil in mixed team recurve event and Aman Saini, Abhishek Verma and Rishabh Yadav in men's team compound event won bronze medals.
