BABAR AZAM HAS REACHED THE TOP POSITION IN MEN'S T20I BATTING RANKINGS :
Pakistan captain Babar Azam has reached the top position in ICC Men's T20I batting rankings. The ranking was published by the International Cricket Council (ICC) on October 29. Babar has played an important role in the T20 World Cup for Pakistan. He has scored a total of 198 runs in four innings with a strike rate of 124.52 and an average of 66.
Babar was second in the previous rankings. This time Babar has moved up by 14 points, leaving Dawid Malan behind and rising to the top of the rankings. Dawid Malan's points have dropped from 831 to 798. Under Babar's leadership, Pakistan has made a 'good start' to the tournament by winning four matches in a row. Aaron Finch has climbed three places to take third place. His point is 733. Jason Roy has climbed five places to take 14th place. David Miller has jumped 6 places to take 33rd place.
