World Pharmacists day - 25th September

WORLD PHARMACISTS DAY :

      September 25 is celebrated all over the world as World Pharmacists Day. This day is dedicated to all pharmacists. There are many contributions of doctors as well as pharmacists behind our healthy living. Pharmacists are also called as chemists. Pharmacists know all the information about medicine. By celebrating this day, we want to make them understand that they are very important to us.

      This day is dedicated to pharmacists for playing an important role in healthcare on 25 September every year since 2009 and they are meant to join. As a result, World Pharmacists Day is celebrated.

SPECIAL NOTES FOR ASPIRANTS :

• It was built 11 years ago in 2009 by FIP in Istanbul, a city in Turkey.

• The FIP was formed on September 25, 1912.

• Theme 2021 is "Pharmacy : Always Trusted For Your Health".

• This day is celebrated every year to spread awareness about pharmacy and to create public awareness.

• Pharmacists have an important role to play in the development of health in every part of the world.
