I tried many times . Failed several times . Then I realized where my fault was. Then I rectified my self and got 10 Government jobs in a row. 

There a limited scope for me to get mentored at the time of preparation. I failed consecutive five times even if I had been called for interview. I appeared for the interview and when I saw the result , I could not enlist my name for the successful candidates list. 

Then I traveled over 30  kilometres by road riding on my bi-cycle to get mentored. Then my mentor showed me some of my silly mistakes which I thought to be a unimportant one but that was the main reason of my failure . Then at the very next interview which was my sixth one and it was held at PSC building for West-Bengal Miscellaneous service examination, I was able to rectify the silly mistakes and I was able to enlist my name in the successful candidates' list . That's the power of mentor ship which led me to the ultimate success .
